Mr. Dirt RC Series

Mission:

We would like our racers and spectators to enjoy themselves in a fun, competitive racing environment by implementing a simple set of rules that are racer friendly and cost effective.  Our focus shall be on Eastern Dirt Modified (EDM) , Sprint Car and Late-Model racing.  Whenever possible, the series will aim to welcome auxiliary classes governed by other bodies (i.e. Trucks, etc.).

Race Format:

The race format will be determined and announced prior to the race with the intention that racers will know exactly what to expect of the race regardless of track size and weekly track programs.  Refer to the series schedule for track information and race lengths.

All series races will utilize the same set of “house” transponders, however personal transponders are also welcome and encouraged.  The same AMBrc Decoder, laptop computer, and  software will be used at each race.  An appointed Race Director will conduct each race as well.

Class order:

1. Small Block EDM

2. Sprints

3. 2WD Late-model

4. Big Block EDM

5. 4WD Late-model

6. DODC Spec EDM

*Auxiliary classes may precede, follow, or be in between series classes in an attempt to allow time for multi-class racers to prepare.
